Everything below is confirmed property information, written out plainly so there are no surprises between reserving and arriving.
If something you need is not described here, ask the front desk rather than assuming. A short phone call before you travel usually settles the whole question, whether it concerns a crib, a pet, a late landing or the way you intend to pay.

The details that shape a stay
Read these once and the rest of the trip runs on its own. They are the practical edges of the hotel: when you can come in, who can check in, what comes with children and pets, and how the bill is settled.
Anything not covered below is usually a phone call away. The desk keeps a note against your reservation, so a request made in advance is already waiting when you walk in rather than something to explain twice.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. The front desk is staffed twenty-four hours a day, so a late arrival is expected rather than a problem, and an early flight out is handled without drama. If you land long before check-in opens, bags can be left while you go and find the beach.
Minimum check-in age
- The minimum age to check in is eighteen. Younger travellers are welcome as guests of an adult who is checking in, so a family or group booking simply needs one adult named on the reservation.
Children and beds
- Children of all ages are welcome, and the triple room is usually the easier fit for a family. Cribs depend on the room selected and are subject to availability, which is worth asking about at the time of booking rather than on arrival. No extra beds are available in any room type.
Pets
- Pets are allowed and charges may apply. Please tell the hotel about your pet before you arrive so the right room is prepared and the charge, if any, is clear to you in advance rather than a surprise at the desk.
Parties and events
- Parties and events are not allowed at the property. The hotel is arranged around guests who want quiet evenings after a long day in the sun, and that is protected deliberately.
Payment
- Cash is not accepted at the property, so plan to settle with a card. It is a small detail that is easy to overlook while travelling, and easier to sort out before you arrive than at check-out.
